Nodular duodenum
Diffuse nodularity of duodenal mucosa.


DU WITH ACTIVE BLEED
This 40 year old patient came with two day history of malena. UGI scopy revealed an active ulcer in the first part of duodenum with bleed.
Sclerotherapy was done and then he improved with anti ulcer measures. H.pylori by serlogy was positive and was treated for the same.


Usually indicates previous ulceration and scarring
